About Eagle

Eagle is what Falcon turned into after the Update 26 rework, and for the money it is the cheapest route we know to serious mobility. You grow eagle wings, soar, dive and strike in quick succession while bombarding targets with explosive feathers. Played well, it outpaces most other fruits in almost any environment.

The catch is the Feather Meter. Flight lasts only as long as the meter holds, and at low mastery it drains fast enough to make grinding a chore. Almost every move locks you in place, so a miss leaves you open to a combo, and many of them are easy to Instinct-trick. Damage is spread across several hitboxes too: an opponent caught at the edge of an attack takes less and can slip away.

Once mastery is up, low knockback and moves that hit groups make Eagle good for grinding and Sea Events, and it fits several stat builds.

Don't overpay for a physical one. Besides the Dealer stock, the fruit drops from the Tyrant of the Skies, so supply is never tight.
