Our take
Portal is the fruit people underrate until they try to farm without it. Teleports to almost every island, escapes from combos, and a kit built around utility rather than damage. Dough is the opposite: no travel to speak of, but it wins fights.
Their values sit close together, so a straight swap here is one of the few fair trades you can make without much argument. What usually decides it is what you plan to do this week: hunting the Sword Dealer and chasing islands, or going into PvP.
Both are permanently in reach at the dealer, so neither side should be paying a premium. If one player is asking for extra, we would walk.
