Not every update is a Sea rework. Between February and March 2026 the game ran three small events, and two of them quietly added items that people still trade today.

Valentine's Day, 14 February

The event brought the Fiend mutation, a Cupid quest line, a gacha dealer, a delivery quest and two profile backgrounds. The cosmetics were throwaway. The mutation was not: a mutation that only existed for about a week leaves a fixed number of copies in the game forever, and that is exactly the kind of supply that holds value.

There was also a strange experiment in it. For one week damage scaled with the level of the NPC you were fighting, which made stat points irrelevant. It was turned off when the event ended. We mention it because players still bring it up in trade servers as if it were permanent.

Easter, 28 March

Easter was pure cosmetics: three tiers of Easter Gift, an egg hunt with its own codex, a helmet and a cape, and a shop NPC. Nothing from it trades for much, and we would not build an offer around any of it. If you are holding Easter items because someone told you they would be valuable, check their page on this site before you believe it.

Luckymaxer, the same day

The one that mattered. Luckymaxer added the Meme fruit and a raid boss to farm it from. A new fruit that arrives in a small event rather than a numbered update tends to be underpriced for the first month, because half the player base does not notice it exists.

That window is closed now, but the pattern repeats with every side event, and it is the cheapest edge a trader can get: read the patch notes of the small updates, not just the big ones.

What to do with all of this

Items from short events are the only things in Blox Fruits with a genuinely fixed supply. Fruits come back in stock, gamepasses are always for sale, but a mutation from a one-week event is never made again.

That does not make every event item a good hold. The ones worth keeping are those attached to a fruit people actually play, because that is where the demand comes from. A rare skin on a fruit nobody uses is a collector's item with a thin market, and you will wait a long time for a buyer.

Check both numbers on the item page before you trade: the value tells you what it is worth, the demand tells you how long you will hold it.

How to read the next small event

Three questions tell you within a minute whether an event will leave something tradeable behind. How long is the window: a week of drops puts far fewer copies into the game than a month-long pass. How do you get the item: a quest everyone finishes floods the market, while a gacha pull at low odds does not. And is it attached to a fruit people main, or is it a standalone cosmetic nobody will show off.

Run those three past the Valentine's mutation and it scores well on all of them, which is why it is still in trades months later. Run them past the Easter helmet and the answer is obvious.

We add every new item to the value list as soon as the public lists carry a price for it, so you can watch the first weeks of its history here rather than guess. The first month of a new item is noisy; the shape that matters shows up after that.
