Look for "Meme-Meme" in trade windows: that is how Meme shows up there. It is a Mythical Natural-type fruit that was handed out only during the April Fools Event in Update 29.4 and never stocked by any shop, so trading is the only way to get it.
The kit is a joke on purpose. You can drop fake Blox Fruits, place traffic cones that explode and ride traffic cones through the air. We treat Meme as a limited item rather than a regular fruit, and its buyers are mostly collectors who want a piece of that event.
