Our take
Both of these sit at the top of almost every trade server, and they attract different buyers. West Dragon is the trophy: the flying form, the raid damage, the status of owning it. Kitsune is the collector's fruit, hard to pull and tied to the shrine and the gacha.
For trading the gap matters more than the gameplay. One of them is far heavier than the other, so a one-for-one offer is almost never fair, and the lighter side has to add real weight rather than two or three cheap mythicals. If someone pushes a straight swap on you, that is the moment to open the calculator in front of them.
