Dark Blade is the one players ask for by name. It is a sword you keep forever, it suits almost any build, and demand for it stays high no matter what the update log says. Mythical Scrolls are a convenience: a faster route to fruits you would otherwise farm or buy.
In a trade, the Blade is the easier item to move and the harder one to get back. We would think twice before letting it go for scrolls, however the numbers line up on the day.
